Growing up Cardamom and Black pepper plants for the rich aroma of spices, our Ichayan (father) saw firsthand the difference that fresh, carefully produced and sourced ingredients can make. What started as a passion quickly grew into a mission: to bring authentic, high-quality spices from local farms in Kerala directly to kitchens everywhere in the world
